How do I order, and what is the cut-off time?+
Pick your dishes on the menu page, add them to the cart, choose a delivery date and pay. Order before 20:00 to receive your food the next day. You can order online 24 hours a day.
Which areas do you deliver to, and how much is delivery?+
We deliver around Phetkasem, Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae, Nong Khaem, Thonburi and nearby areas of Bangkok. The delivery fee is based on distance from our kitchen, starting at 70 THB within a 15 km radius; beyond that a per-kilometre charge applies. You can check the exact fee for your address on the delivery page.
Is there a minimum order, and when is delivery free?+
You can order from just 1 box. Delivery is free when you order 20 boxes or more and are within a 15 km radius of the kitchen — great for multi-meal packs or ordering together with neighbours.
How is it delivered, and how long does it take?+
We deliver by rider (for example Lalamove) from our Phetkasem 28 kitchen straight to your door. Order before 20:00 to receive it the next day, on the delivery date you choose.
How is your Thai food different from others?+
Every dish is freshly cooked to order with quality ingredients for authentic Thai flavours — with calories, protein, carbs and fat clearly shown on every box.
Do you show calories and protein?+
Yes. Every dish lists its calories and nutrition (protein, carbs, fat) on the menu detail page, and there is a calorie filter so you can choose by your goal.
Do you have both hearty and lighter dishes?+
Absolutely. Hearty Thai dishes are satisfying and filling, while lighter dishes are perfect for a smaller meal. Every dish shows its nutrition so you can choose what fits you.
How long do frozen meals keep, and how do I reheat them?+
Frozen dishes keep in the freezer for the period noted on each menu detail page. To eat, move them to the fridge or reheat in the microwave/pan until piping hot throughout. Chilled dishes are best eaten by the stated date for the best taste and quality. Storage and reheating for each dish is shown on its detail page.
Do you provide allergen information?+
The main ingredients of each dish are listed on its detail page. If you have a food allergy (e.g. egg, dairy, nuts, seafood, gluten), we recommend confirming with us on LINE before ordering, for your safety. We also offer a "gluten-free" group of dishes.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept PromptPay and bank transfer. The payment connection is secured with SSL encryption, and we do not store your card or banking credentials.
