What is it?

How we cook it
- 1Cook the Pad Thai as usual
- 2Swirl beaten egg into a thin sheet in the wok
- 3Place the noodles in the middle and fold the egg into a parcel
- 4Serve with peanuts, bean sprouts and lime
A little history
“Sen Chan” are rice noodles from Chanthaburi province in eastern Thailand, known for their chewy texture. Wrapping Pad Thai in egg is a popular Bangkok street-food way of serving it.
